Hi, I’m Alejandra.
I help couples and individuals break the painful cycles that keep them stuck.
Many couples come to therapy feeling distant, misunderstood, or caught in the same arguments over and over again. Together, we identify the patterns that are creating disconnection and replace them with healthier ways of communicating, understanding, and supporting each other.
I also work with individuals who want to better understand themselves, heal from past experiences, manage anxiety or depression, and develop healthier relationships.

Individual Therapy
Individual therapy provides a confidential and supportive space to explore personal challenges, develop insight, and build practical tools for emotional well-being. I work with adults and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma, and life transitions such as career changes, relationship difficulties, or becoming a parent.
Couples therapy
Couples therapy in Cincinnati, Ohio helping partners improve communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen emotional and physical intimacy. I offer marriage counseling and premarital therapy using evidence-based approaches such as the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy. Online sessions available throughout Ohio to support lasting connection and relationship growth
Family Therapy
Family therapy helps families improve communication, resolve conflict, and strengthen emotional connections. Sessions provide a supportive space where each family member can be heard while working toward healthier ways of relating to one another. Family therapy can help address challenges such as parenting stress, behavioral concerns, life transitions, blended family dynamics, and ongoing family conflict.
